iLoveKickboxing helped me workout even though I have some medical issues that prevent me from doing regular daily workouts. They motivate you and even though one medical issue prevents me from losing weight, I have lost because of their workouts and meal plan accountability. Can't recommend it enough!!

I have been taking classes for 8 weeks and I couldn't be happier. I have been struggling trying to find some type of exercise to do while not feeling like everybody is watching me and judging me and I honestly feel like I have finally found the place. The instructors are amazing and they do a wonderful job of keeping you motivated. The workouts change from day to day so you are never doing the same things over and over....it is such a great workout!!!!

The staff are so awesome and motivating and the workouts have made me more confident than I have felt in a long time. It is definitely challenging, but there is SO much support every single class. It's honestly the highlight of my day. Can't recommend it enough!!!
