The workouts are not easy but they are designed to go at your own pace and power. I LOVE IT. The staff at this location is amazing and I appreciate how all of my questions were answered before I signed a contract. I think anyone who is interested sign up for a special and TRY IT OUT.

I went to my first class last week and I was SOLD. Great teachers, fun music, and regular feedback to make sure I'm using safe form. How did I forget how much fun kickboxing is?!

I took my first class yesterday and I loved it! I walked in and instantly felt welcome, there was an instructor for the class but I received a personal trainer to demonstrate and walk me through each move. I signed up for a membership at the end!

I have joined many gyms in the past and never lasted past a month. This is just not an ordinary gym. This is a place where you can go work out feel comfortable no matter what size, what age, what shape you?re in! The staff there is amazing they remember your name as you?re walking through the door. They make you feel like you are part of a family and not just some number. I love this place! I?ve been going since they opened in May 2018 and I?ve even gone to their Bedford location as well. They?re amazing they get you pumped up, confident and at the end of the day I made a new group of friends that are amazing!
They even host DJ nights once a month with a theme and it?s so fun. It?s the most fun I?ve ever had doing a work out I enjoy going. It?s intense and addicting!

Love this place! The second I walked in I was welcomed and made to feel I belonged here. The studio is small, but serves its purpose well. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. The Facebook group is inviting and active and provides a good dose of accountability for those of us (me especially) who need someone to keep them on track. Class times are a bit restricted at present, but they are adding new times frequently, so you can find a class that fits your schedule.

iLoveKickboxing Mansfield is off the charts AWESOME!! The instructors quickly become your cheerleaders and friends/family! They have truly gotten me excited about working out again! In a very short period of time the staff and members have inspired me!! If your reading reviews (like I did)...quit thinking about it and come join us!
