iLoveKickboxing- Doral

After years of not exercising consistently I wanted to get back in shape. I saw ILKB-Doral on FB and decided to give it a try. The instructors were welcoming and were interested in finding out what I wanted to get out of training there. They consistently support you and push you towards your goal and adapt the class to whatever level you are starting at.
This is not a "go with your hair down" kind of workout gym but despite being in a Miami neighborhood where appearance is scrutinized you will never feel out of place. The instructors and other members of the gym welcome you with whatever shape or size you come in. The classes are fun, dynamic and exhausting. You will see results if you push yourself. Best investment in myself I have done in a long time.

By far the best experience ever. The support of the staff keeps me motivated and energized. They encourage me to continue when I feel like I dont have any energy left. They check on me daily. When I need help they are right there for me. I am able to ask questions and practice moves that I have trouble with. I get so excited when it is time for class. I wish I could go everyday. Join join join join. It is totally worth it.

I must say that I was scared but once I walked in, I felt like I was at home. Everyone is so friendly, the workouts are amazing and the staff are amazing!!!
