iChoose Pregnancy Support Services offers free and confidential pregnancy services throughout Wake County and Johnston County. Services include pregnancy tests, limited ultrasound, as well as pregnancy options counseling covering abortion, adoption, and parenting to help in the pregnancy decision.
We also provide pregnancy resources, referrals, STD testing through Wake County, one-on-one prenatal/parenting education, post-abortion support, material assistance including diapers and baby items.
