I contacted C D Holliman Construction Group to fix a leaking pipe in my bathroom. A plumber was sent to my home to complete the work, but the job was left incomplete and the leak still persists. When I reached out to the company to express my concerns, I was met with unprofessional behavior and a lack of accountability.

The plumber left the walls cut and not put back on, and the shower spout was not fitted properly. The work that was done was incomplete and did not solve the issue at hand. To make matters worse, I was charged $500 for this incomplete work, which I feel is an unreasonable amount considering the job was not finished and the issue remained.

In addition, the plumber did not call or show up for a scheduled appointment. When I tried to reach out to the company to express my concerns, the plumber kept making excuses and never addressed the issue at hand. I feel that I was taken advantage of as a paying customer and was not provided with the services I was promised.

I hope they will be held accountable for their unprofessional and unethical behavior.

I am requesting that CD Holliman group LLC either send a different plumber to fix the issue, or provide a refund for the incomplete work and overcharged amount. I hope that this will help other consumers to be aware of the poor quality of services provided by CD Holliman group LLC and help prevent others from having a similar experience.
