Zoe MacIsaac, M.D. is plastic surgeon for City of Hope Cancer Center Phoenix (formerly Cancer Treatment Centers of America [CTCA]), in Goodyear, Arizona. Dr. MacIsaac's work focuses on breast cancer reconstruction, as well as complex reconstruction of the head and neck, the extremities and other areas. She performs primary and secondary breast reconstruction after mastectomy, including reconstruction following nipple-sparing mastectomy and lumpectomy, including oncoplastic rearrangement and oncoplastic breast reduction.

Dr. MacIsaac's techniques are tailored to each individual patient and ranges from fat grafting to tissue expander and implant-based reconstruction.
