The quote was accurate and they were very polite and professional. They wrapped the items that needed wrapped and carefully boxed up the rest. They delivered it to the new office and put everything in the office nice and neat, I was very impressed with how fast they got it done, I was a little worried about a large heavy desk, that maybe they wouldn't get it out of my home, but they wrapped it up and got it out with no problems.
