The Fort Wayne, IN store was neatly arranged and clean. The associates all new the products that the store has to sell. I was made to feel comfortable with the way all of the staff was friendly and helpful. When I showed the sells person the price that I got from the main store web page, that is the price that I paid for my unit. That's why I will buy from them again when I need a weapon.
