Wings Recovery offers a women-only, trauma-focused treatment experience in a शांत coastal setting near San Diego. Our Residential Program provides 24/7 clinical support in a safe, structured environment where women can step away from daily stress and fully focus on healing alongside peers who understand their journey.
Our expert clinical team utilizes evidence-based therapies including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, DBT, and CBT to treat trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and dissociative conditions. Each client receives a minimum of four individual therapy sessions per week, along with group therapy and holistic services such as acupuncture, equine therapy, and music therapy.
Wings Recovery also offers a full continuum of care, including Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), ensuring seamless step-down support and long-term stability.
Located near the coast, our comfortable residential home promotes healing through community, structure, and integrative care that supports mind, body, and spirit.
