Wings Recovery offers trauma-focused residential treatment in Carlsbad for men and women, in a calm North County San Diego setting built for nervous system healing. Our 24/7 structured program supports recovery from trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Integrated dual diagnosis care uses evidence-based therapies including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, DBT, and CBT. Each client receives individualized care with a minimum of four one-on-one therapy sessions per week, plus group therapy and holistic support. A full continuum from residential to PHP and IOP serves Carlsbad, San Diego, and North County.
