Our 24/7 structured, distraction-free program provides a safe environment to heal from trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, with trauma-focused care that supports nervous system regulation and lasting recovery. Evidence-based therapies include EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, DBT, and CBT, delivered across a full continuum from residential to PHP and IOP. Every client receives individualized care with a minimum of four one-on-one therapy sessions per week, plus group therapy and comprehensive clinical support.
