William Tyler Franklin (Ty) was born in Castledale, Utah, but moved to Ogden at an early age. He graduated from Ogden High School and Weber State University and currently resides in Ogden. Ty attended Butler University located in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he received his medical training resulting in as Masters of Physician Assistant Studies in 2012.
