Pain, weakness, and disability caused by trauma, degenerative arthritis, or tumors of the brain and spine are debilitating for patients and can prevent you from fulfilling your daily needs or pursuing your passions. My approach as a surgeon is to work with you to identify what your goals and limitations are in day-to-day life, and to see whether there is a problem that I can address with surgery to help you meet those goals, and remove those limitations. When surgery is necessary, I try to address the problem in the least invasive way possible, using the most up-to-date techniques and methods to give you a safe and successful surgical outcome. When surgery is not the answer, we work together with you and with other specialists to help you find the answers you need. I am fully invested in helping you get the most out of your visit with us so that we can get you back to doing the things that make you, well, you.
