He served as the academic lead for Duly Health Care’s Sports Medicine group and as the head team physician and medical director for North Central College Athletics.After earning his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine, Dr. Davis completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital. He then continued his education with his orthopedic sports medicine fellowship at Baptist Health Doctors Hospital UHZ Sports Medicine Institute and a foot and ankle surgery fellowship at Baptist Health Orthopedic Institute.In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Davis is a faculty instructor at the Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine. His research on improving outcomes for sports-related injuries can be found in peer-reviewed publications such as Current Orthopaedic Practice and Foot and Ankle Clinics. Dedicated to whole-patient health, Dr. Davis offers comprehensive treatments and postoperative care to help people get back to their busy lives. He takes time to listen and review his patients’ concerns and collaborates with them to create recovery plans that reflect their goals. Outside of work, Dr. Davis enjoys skiing, golfing, reading and spending time with his family.
