Mon-Fri 1am-6am, 9am-12pm, Sat 1am-12pm, Sun Closed (Monday–Friday: daily posting, responses, and virtual 1-on-1 sessions. Saturday: group and in-person sessions. Emergency support available M–Fri during business hours. Appointments range from 15–90 minutes.)
