I graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelors in Nutrition and Food Sciences and went on to get a Masters in Dietetic Administration . As a dedicated dietitian with a passion for nutrition, I specialize in helping individuals improve their health and well-being, whether it’s through weight loss, managing prediabetes, or fostering a healthier relationship with food. I’m also an advocate for balanced living, which I embody by enjoying the outdoors and spending quality time with my family. In addition to my one-on-one work with clients, I teach Way to Wellness classes, empowering others to take control of their health through informed, sustainable choices.
