As a mission-focused, not-for-profit community, we partner with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to offer studio and one-bedroom apartment residences for seniors 62 years and older. Our HUD-subsidized and at or below market rate apartments are specifically designed for those with low to moderate incomes seeking a secure and welcoming environment. Our dedicated team members are committed to our organizational mission of service and supporting a vibrant quality of life for every resident.
