Located directly above the Columbia River in Hood River Oregon, we are your ideal accommodation for watersports, skiing, mountain biking, wine tasting and exploring the Gorge. With 57 guest rooms, set on five acres, our grounds are filled with majestic pine trees and native wild flowers. Enjoy a meal from our picnic table view point and take a romantic walk on our sunset trail. From the first days our family opened the doors in 1954, and every day after, we strive to be your favorite place to stay. Our large outdoor event site provides a sprawling manicured lawn with an epic Columbia River view backdrop - ideal for your Wedding or Special Event. And our outdoor amphitheater is perfect for concerts and presentations. We offer use of a BBQ for your dinner and Firepit for s'mores. We are also pet-friendly and provide service at our front desk 24 hours a day. We're also on-call between 10PM and 7AM. Included in all of our guest rooms is Free High-Speed Wireless Internet, TV, Mini fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Iron, Ironing board and Hair dryer. Our Kitchen Suites also include cooking and dishware, oven, range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, flatware, cooking tools, and teapot. Right on the edge of our grounds is the White Buffalo Wine Bar and Bistro. Run by mother and daughter team, Mary and Sara, they serve great food in a friendly atmosphere. Specialties include the Thai Curry, Lasagne, Grown Up Grilled Cheese and homemade desserts. brStop in for an appetizer and wine flight or stay for relaxing dinner.
