West Michigan Surgery Center was established as the only freestanding, privately owned ambulatory surgical center in the Big Rapids area. WMSC is licensed through the state of Michigan and has been granted Medicare-Deemed Status through the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Accreditation by the AAAHC signifies that we have met the rigorous standards of a nationally recognized third party; and indicates our commitment to providing only the highest levels of quality care to our patients and the same high level of conduct in our business practices.
