Well Planted LLC

I hired this Company to install a yard that i have waited for my entire adult life. my husband and i have paid our house off and work really hard every day. My yard had 17 Pine Trees cut the stumps were ground, he did absolutely nothing to prepare my ground for $13K of sod. Right Now, today is 1 year from his installation, you can see where every tree was planted because the ground in those spots is caving in. Also, he installed the wrong kind of Sod. the sod that he sold us was, infested with weeds, it was molded and mildewed. he left 12-inch gaps between the pieces of sod. the sod he sold us was absolutely not fresh from the farm. He has never returned any phone calls. 1 more thing, we had a problem with Mushrooms growing from the tree roots under the ground, HE ASSURED ME I WOULD NEVER GET ANY MUSHROOMNS, WELL, WHEN IT RAINS I GET A YARD FULL OF MUSHROOMS. It's like he did the job the cheapest and least work possible, they never rolled the sod after they installed it. i have pictures and footage of the entire job. i think there should be laws to protect us financially and emotionally from Companys like this. He also started the job 1 month earlier than we had agreed. I had Major Neck surgery the week before he took it upon himself to start the job, also my Mother-in-law was diagnosed with Terminal Cancer the day before he started, she died 17 days later, what I am trying to say is, my husband and I could not even look over the job, and Tanner Mooney, knew that, he took total advantage of our situation, also the week before my daughter gave birth to a 3 lb. baby. When I look at my yard today, its pitiful, I have so many dead spots. SO BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!
