Welcome Ambulance was established in 2002 by husband and wife Igor Vavilov and Olga Latysheva. Together they bring more than 25 years of medical experience. Mr. Vavilov is a graduate of the Russian State Medical University. He has worked in the Emergency Department (including ICU) and the Neurology department of City hospital of Moscow. He began working on ambulances in 1979 and has also worked for the EMS of the City of Philadelphia. Olga Latysheva graduated from Moscow medical school. Her professional career includes the Head of Department in Neurology, City Hospital of Moscow, and as the Director of the Neurosurgery Department, Elkins Park Hospital here in PA.
