My first and only contact with them was through Fidelity National home warranty yesterday. A Jason showed up to diagnose the leaking filter tank and broken heater. His opinion was the equipment froze and claim was denied although we have not had a prolonged freezing temperature in north Texas within the last week and pool freeze guard working properly turning water between the pool and spa when air temperature gets below 40 degrees. His response was freeze guard is not 100% which defies logics and pool association recommendation. Siding with home warranty company not the consumer. Water Tex pools never responded to my email. Beware.
