Wasiu Adisa, DO | Urgent Care Medical Director

Wasiu Adisa, DO, rejoined Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA) in Atlanta, Georgia, in December 2021, overseeing oncology emergency services as the Urgent Care Medical Director. This is his second stint at our Atlanta-area hospital, after serving as Urgent Care Physician from December 2014 to June 2016. In returning to CTCA®, Dr. Adisa says he missed the holistic care model provided under the CTCA Mother Standard® of care after more than a decade of expertise in emergency and urgent care.

"At CTCA, patients can receive all the care they need: testing, specialist consultation, surgery, and emergent evaluation in urgent care," he says. "I really have a great appreciation for the comprehensive, whole-person care model at CTCA, and I was thrilled with the opportunity to come back as Medical Director of Urgent Care at CTCA Atlanta."
