Wai Nani Surf & Paddle was created out of the passion, enjoyment and escape that one can experience when wandering the water or trails on a paddleboard, kayak, or bike .Lake Minnetonka is a Mdewakantonwan Dakota word which means "Big Water"; the name Wai Nani pays tribute to paddleboarding's Polynesian origin. Wai Nani, pronounced why-na-nee, means "beautiful water" in Hawaiian. Our vision is to bring like minded people together to experience the of wandering the beautiful big water or trails.
