Sucks to be their first review and be a bad one but they truly need to work on their customer service. I had been referred to monsur by a tax specialist and was convinced to switch over to Allstate. I had to wait a month to start and actually policy because the day I was referred my insurance with my old company renewed. Fast forward 20 days later and I found a car I had been wanting to purchase for some time. I called them at the dealership and was told they couldn't insurance the car until the 11th, I had called on the 6th, due to a laps in my insurance. On top of that my premium went up over 150 dollars .I couldn't simply wait 5 days to buy the car because it was going to sell for sure. I contacted another insurance company and got a quote that was over 100 dollars cheaper for the same exact coverage. So I switched over to them. This happened on the 6th. After that for the next 4 days I tried to call these guys at all states office, personal numbers and text them to no luck. I called well over 20 times all during normal business hours at different times of the day. Zero response or call backs. The 11th comes by, which is the supposed day of my start with them. Desperate, I went on the allstate website and sent a email to Victor, the manager. I also called all states customer support. Only then did I FINALLY get in touch with someone, and it was only because they had to be contacted by Allstate themselves. I was relieved tho and just wanted to cancel and go on with my business. That was however not the case. I was met with borderline insults from monsur saying I didn't know anything because I was young and trying to convince me that I was better off paying 440 a month with them
