She traveled all over the country to obtain her medical training, finishing her Bachelor's in Biology from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia in three years and then completing her medical school training from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas in 2003.
She considers it a real blessing to be able to take care of the whole family from babies to grandparents. She has a special interest in women's health and pediatric medicine. She is married and has a stepson. She loves reading and staying fit in her free time.
