Venta Marketing

Our experience with Venta Marketing/Elevato Digital was extremely negative. We found them to be deceitful and highly lacking commitment to their work, not managing our project with integrity or competence, often making small amateur mistakes that we had to spend time fixing. Our small business, based in Hawai'i, is dedicated to supporting healthcare students worldwide in their pursuit of additional credentials to enhance community well-being. We strongly caution against engaging with Elevato, particularly for smaller businesses like ours that are generally more vulnerable to the deception of dishonest companies.

They did not complete works agreed upon, have shifted blame to us for providing 'no feedback' and then providing 'excessive feedback', and is now pursuing unpaid invoices using what we feel are deceitful and manipulative tactics, and has threatened collections actions against us, which we interpret as attempts to intimidate us. We feel that Elevato/Venta has disregarded the evidence we have shown to them, evidence proving the accusations of incomplete or delayed work caused by us are completely false. We feel they have perpetuated contradictory statements, created new narratives to support their claims, and have even continued to threaten collections actions against us as opposed to trying to work this through. The initial positive impression we had of Elevato quickly faded due to their actions. We strongly advise against engaging with Elevato.
