We began providing area folks with their home mortgages, new home construction loans, mortgage refinancing and vacation home financing in 1983. Our first office was in Fargo, North Dakota. Today, our headquarters is still in Fargo. We are local. Locally owned and managed, Valley Mortgage is the Largest Independent Mortgage Lender in North Dakota and northern Minnesota. We are not affiliated with a bank or large, out-of-state company.

We are not a mortgage broker that sends your information to someone at a desk somewhere across the country. We have the financial strength, the experience and knowledge – along with the finest staff – to provide unsurpassed personal service, very competitive rates and the smoothest process in the area. You are always treated with respect and never considered as just another file number.
