At VCA Advanced Animal Hospital, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs, and you will be greeted warmly when you arrive.
Our veterinary technician will ask about your pet’s medical history, current condition, and reason for your visit. One of our veterinarians will examine your pet, and then may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Your doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan if warranted, which is a great time to ask questions so you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing. Our front desk staff will process your payment and schedule any needed follow up.
Our goal is to see all clients and patients on time, although there will be times where the unexpected will create delays.
