We assist with any unfinished set up. We do passing or set up of appetizers. We do self-serve or staff served buffet, family style or plated meals. We do tableside champagne and wine service. Our bartenders will set up the bar with your coolers and set up the garnishes. We set up dessert and cut , plate and pass cake. We can set up and dress tables as well as break them down after the event. We make sure to leave everything instructed broken down and cleaned up or replenished for self-serve prior to our departure.
