University Health Judson ISD Health Center is a school-based primary care clinic located on the Judson ISD campus at Wagner High School on San Antonio’s Northeast Side. We provide adult and pediatric primary care for students, school staff, families and the surrounding community. Services include preventive wellness exams, well-child visits, immunizations, sports physicals, chronic disease management and telehealth visits. As a partnership between University Health and Judson ISD, the clinic offers convenient, integrated care to support the health and well-being of our community.
