Under This Umbrella Community Foundation, is a non-profit organization, with the goal to let everyone know, mental health care is just as important as physical health care. Our purpose is to empower individuals through individual customized counseling, as well as group sessions, to help you live your best life.

We provide Telehealth sessions to support each client as they work on behavioral change. Telehealth works because it allows individuals with busy schedules, to receive therapy and maintain their life requirements.

Our services facilitate the renewal of faith in daily life and promote enhanced understanding through psychotherapy and wellness counseling.
