The Cerebrovascular Lab at Harborview Medical Center offers ultrasound testing to diagnose and treat diseases and disorders related to blood flow in the vessels of the head and neck. The lab conducts a full range of tests to assess any cerebrovascular disease or injury. The team includes neurosurgeons and sonographers who are specialists in using ultrasound equipment to create images of the inside of the body. They are trained in the latest cerebrovascular condition ultrasound technologies and have achieved the designation of Registered Vascular Technologist from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
