Welcome to Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care - Waterford! We are a group committed to providing our patients with quality medical care for the entire family, from newborns to seniors. Our physicians have a special interest in promoting your family’s well-being through health education and disease prevention.

Along with our regular hours, we offer extended early and late hours several days a week.

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care - Waterford is a designated Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). PCMH patients and their families (when appropriate) establish a partnership with their practitioners to ensure they have the support needed to make decisions and participate in their own health care.
