If you have an urgent medical problem and need assistance when the office is closed, please call the office and your call will be directed to the Trinity IHA Call Center. The call center staff will assist you and contact the physician on-call to address your concerns.

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care - Rochester Hills is a designated Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). PCMH patients and their families (when appropriate) establish a partnership with their practitioners to ensure they have the support needed to make decisions and participate in their own health care.
