Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care - Chelsea is dedicated to serving the local community and surrounding area. We provide local care at Chelsea Hospital and additional care in Ann Arbor. Our providers and staff are dedicated to providing award-winning medical care with academic excellence using practical personal skills.

We offer extended hours to better serve your health care needs and same-day sick appointments for new and established patients.

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care - Chelsea is a designated Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). PCMH patients and their families (when appropriate) establish a partnership with their practitioners to ensure they have the support needed to make decisions and participate in their own health care.

As a practice, we know that preventive care, including vaccinations, is the most important part of our service to our patients and families. To best protect your children, our other patients, as well as our staff and providers from vaccine-preventable illness, we have made the decision to only accept families into our practice who plan to fully vaccinate their children according to the CDC, American Academy of Pediatrics and American Academy of Family Physicians guidelines.
