Trias Flowers was opened at its present location in Miami in June of 1990 by Joaquin Trias . Most unique at the time, Trias Flowers was open on Sundays. To this day, the shop has opened and operated every day of its existence. Trias Flowers was started in Cuba in 1912 by Joaquin Trias Great Grandfather. In 1967 he opened Trias Flowers in Miami and it is currently run by his children Joaquin Trias Jr, Hortensia Trias and Julio Trias. The Fourth Generation Trias Family has carried on the tradition of exceptional customer service with an emphasis on a quality product at the best value that would lead Trias Flowers to success in the future.
Trias Flowers has grown to be recognized as an industry leader and has been awarded a top 200 florist in the USA for the past 5 years in a row. This award is one of the most prestigious in the industry with over 36,000 florists competing for the honor. Locally, Trias Flowers has been awarded #1 florist in Miami by The City Search Miami and Coral Gables Living for the last 5 years.
