Meet Trevor Ulrich
Founder of A Safe Haven Wellness & Primary Care, Trevor is a survivor and the first to open this program. Trevor started ASHW as a cognitive behavioral life coaching group with 13+ years in mental health and recovery experience. Trevor decided to expand this group into more than just coaching. He now has recruited a team Committed to guiding clients through anxiety, depression, and addiction, he combines professional expertise with compassionate support to help every client find peace, restoration, and lasting wellness. Coaching is his style, He works with many that come into the practice with a negative outlook and helps navigate that outlook into a positive goal driven outcome.
