Leo continued with the tradition of craftsmanship he had developed from the beginning and in 1973 retired leaving his sons, Stephen, Richard and Kevin, to improve, expand, and grow the family business. The Tracey family and all employees of Tracey Gear & Precision Shaft are committed to the challenge Leo Tracey instilled in them - quality.
