On every home inspection, we check the general condition and effectiveness of all the windows. Take a look at the sample report we have on our site to get a better idea of how we report on different aspects of your property!
We thoroughly check the electrical systems around the property, including the electrical panel(s).
We are sure to check that all outdoor spigots are working properly around the property.
We do our best to get a good look and assess the condition of the attic space of the property.
If deemed necessary, we do use our thermal imaging camera to assess the condition of the electrical panel(s) of the property.
