This expansive project resulted in a larger showroom, additional office space, a vault, a client consultation room, and guest restroom. Inside, you will find the latest trends in jewelry store design and technology. Together with the interior remodel, the entry was revamped, including new back-lit LED metal signage. Guests enter the store beneath a unique new cladding material—a rainscreen wood system called Machiche (Machee-chay) which is a long-lasting Brazilian hardwood.

Since re-opening, Mitchum Jewelers has seen a huge spike in foot traffic as well as sales. With the additional space, they’ve been able to grow their staff, introduce new lines of jewelry, and are enjoying new flexibility in how they showcase products and interact with customers.
