Tonya Howell, CRNP-F received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University in Delaware. She is a family nurse practitioner, certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Howell is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and she is certified by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
