Dr Lian completed his MD at Tulane University School of Medicine, New Orleans, completed his internship and residency at Henry Ford Hospital Departments of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and General Surgery. He was a Fellow at Washington University School of Medicine, and Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center-Shreveport (LSUHSC), was Chief of the Division of Facial Plastic Surgery at the University of Florida College of Medicine, and Chair of the Department of Otolaryngology at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine.
