Dr. Tim Gossett is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstructive surgery. His focus is on operative and non-operative management of hip and knee arthritis, including treatment of post-traumatic arthritis, lower limb deformity, revision hip and knee replacement, and management of complex prosthetic joint infections. His practice also includes lower extremity fracture management. He has specific training in direct anterior hip replacement surgery, minimally invasive and muscle-sparing techniques, and outpatient total joint arthroplasty. He has extensive experience utilizing the direct anterior approach for complex primary and revision hip surgery. Dr. Gossett completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Michigan followed by a fellowship at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center in New York. After fellowship, he returned to Michigan where he lives with his wife and two children
