Tim Bazell is a Mortgage Divisional Sales Manager for Southstate Bank with a wealth of experience in the mortgage industry spanning over three decades. As a Florida native, he graduated from Eckerd College in 1984 with a Business Administration Degree, which served as a foundation for his successful career.
Since 1985, Tim has held various roles in the mortgage industry, including processor, underwriter, inside loan officer, outside loan officer, sales manager, branch manager, area manager, regional manager, and divisional manager. His extensive experience has given him a deep understanding of the industry and a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities in the market.
In addition to his professional achievements, Tim is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Florida, where he serves as a board member. He is also a dedicated volunteer, giving back to his community through organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Junior Achievement, and Kiwanis.
When he's not working or volunteering, Tim enjoys fishing and coaching baseball and football. He is passionate about sports and the outdoors, and he brings that same enthusiasm and energy to his work and community involvement.
