I gave Jay almost 20000. Dollars of work 2 years ago. He did receive all of his money because he needed some money at the time. He never has finish the job. Not reliable either shows up maybe 2 or 3 hrs and maybe we I'll be back 4 to 5 days later. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR NOT ANY TYPE OF WORK.
