Three Oaks Hospice provides hospice services to patients in Sherman who are suffering from terminal illnesses. We are committed to the comfort, dignity, respect, and support of hospice patients throughout their journey. Our hospice team consists of registered nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers. We work in close collaboration with patients' families and primary caregivers to ensure that all of the patient's needs are met. We are proud to serve the greater Sherman community and look forward to helping more patients and families receive the compassionate care they deserve.
