After graduating near the top of his class from Temple University School of Dentistry in 1987, Dr. Penfil and his family eventually settled in West Chester, PA, where he owned and practiced at Preventive Dentistry & Laser Center for twenty years.

All about the patient means that Dr. Penfil loves high fear patients, his unofficial specialty. It also means patient comfort at all times, both physically and mentally. And it means minimally invasive dentistry, including sleep apnea therapy without machines, early cancer detection and all phases of restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
