Third Window Brewing Co. was founded in 2016 by Fess Parker’s grandson Kristopher, and is dedicated to carrying on the 112-year tradition of Trappist beer-making. Housed inside a restored barn and feed mill built by the Boykin family in 1904, Third Window crafts beers that represent the unique terroir of Santa Barbara, and has evolved to include other classic styles such as Kolsch, pilsner, wit, and IPAs.
