Therapy Now SF is a group of therapists committed to providing evidence-based care with compassion and humor. We provide individual and couples therapy. We value cultural humility, warmth, transparency, and self-care. Our mission is to de-stigmatize mental health. We range in our specialties from anxiety, to PTSD, relationships, depression, sexual challenges, and many more. We are also a training site for licensed and unlicensed clinicians providing weekly group supervision/consultation and weekly didactic trainings. Didactic training topics include but are not limited to: DBT, ACT, CBT, OCD, and Narrative Therapy.
