Our clinic conveniently located in Scappoose behind the Sears, next to Fred Meyer off Hwy. 30 In our outpatient clinic we offer manual therapy and therapeutic exercise for rehabilitation of sports and recreational injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, occupational trauma, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological disorders, women's/men's pelvic floor rehabilitation, TMJ/headaches. Our therapists focus on measurable outcomes and utilize the latest in evidence-based, progressive Physical Therapy treatment in order to speed patient recovery.

Our goal is to provide the most comprehensive, highest quality physical therapy in Scappoose. We are committed to develop individualized treatment plans and provide compassionate, on-on-one care to each patient as well as supporting local community.
